Submit a Tip
Got a story idea or a sighting? Here is how to send it to the CelebHot desk, and what we will not run.
Great magazines are built on good tips. If you have a story idea, a fashion observation or a fan-culture trend we should know about, the CelebHot desk would like to hear from you. Remember that this is an illustrative demo, so the mailbox below is a placeholder.
Where to Send It
Write to [email protected] using your own email app. There is no tip form, no upload system and no server collecting submissions on this demo site, and we make no promise of a reply.
What to Include
A useful tip is short, specific and honest about what you actually know.
- A clear summary in a sentence or two.
- Where and when you noticed it, in general terms.
- How you know: did you see it yourself, or hear it from someone?
- Any public links that back it up.
- Whether you want to be credited or stay anonymous.
What We Won't Publish
Some tips are not for us, however juicy.
- Private addresses, phone numbers or personal details of anyone.
- Rumours about health, family or relationships presented as fact.
- Anything that could put someone in danger or invades their privacy.
- Content you do not have the right to share.
- Unverified claims aimed at hurting a person.
A Note on Privacy and Security
Email is not a secure channel, and CelebHot does not offer a secure drop, encrypted submission system or guaranteed source protection. Please do not send anything sensitive or dangerous to reveal. For how the demo handles your data in general, see the privacy information or write to [email protected].
A few more thoughts before you hit send. Tips about public moments, such as a fashion look, a staged performance or a trend you have noticed in your own city, are the ones we love most. Please be honest about what you saw yourself and what you heard second-hand, and do not exaggerate to make a tip sound bigger. We cannot pay for tips, we cannot promise to publish them, and in this demo we cannot promise to read them. If you are worried about a real emergency or a safety concern, contact the proper local authorities instead of an email address on a magazine demo.
