NFL fans are convinced that something fishy is going on after Patrick Mahomes was seen talking to head official Clay Martin in the Kansas City Chiefs-Las Vegas Raiders Black Friday game.
Like last year, the NFL refs have faced plenty of accusations of “rigging” games for Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs here in 2024. And let’s just say that Martin did himself no favors by having a conversation with Mahomes during the first quarter of today’s Black Friday game:
As you would expect, football fans wasted no time teeing off on Martin and his officiating crew after this video went viral:
“Ref said I got you in fantasy today so we’ll Make sure you have a big game,” one fan said.

“i told you to tell me if they are getting close to me i know sir, im sorry sir just dont let it happen again,” one X/Twitter user said.
“Listen I gotta make it look somewhat close if I gave you every call people will catch on,” a fan said.
“Never beating the allegations,” one fan said.
“This is usual,” wrote another.
“I know… I know… You need our help. Don’t worry we’ve got you,” another user said.
“Yeah man I got you but don’t be so obvious we don’t want the fans knowing your helping us,” said a fan.
If it makes you folks feel better, the officials have called a fair game between Patrick Mahomes’ Chiefs and the Raiders. There haven’t been any terrible head-scratching or game-altering calls on either side.
Patrick Mahomes & Chiefs Are Aiming For A Three-Peat

The homes of Mahomes and Kelce were both burglarized just hours apart last month.
The Chiefs’ season has gone along about as easily as possible, a few injuries aside, with Kansas City starting the year 9-1.
However, Mahomes and Kelce were both victimized on the same night as the Chiefs quarterback’s home was the subject of an attempted burglary on Oct. 6, while Kelce’s home got him hours later on Oct. 7.
Fast forward to over a month later, and now authorities are reportedly closing in on suspects responsible for the recent high-end burglaries targeting the Kansas City Chiefs stars.
The FBI has been investigating the incidents, and according to Fox, they believe that the thieves are part of a wider underworld organization.
Fox4 reported the burglaries targeting Kelce and Mahomes were orchestrated by a “South American crime ring” that has targeted similarly high-end homes.
The report suggested Kelce and Mahomes could be just two victims in a ‘calculated’ spree that has also targeted athletes near Minneapolis and Milwaukee.

“This is a sophisticated operation. It’s not some guy that’s going down to the local pawn shop,” security expert Mike Barbieri said.
“It doesn’t surprise me at all that this crime spree that is going across the entire country is designed by some very sophisticated people in somewhat of a cartel,” he added.
Notably, Taylor Swift was in the Kansas City area with Kelce that same weekend his home got broken into.
Kelce’s birthday was Oct. 5, so Swift threw him a private party on Oct. 6. The pop star also attended the Chiefs’ win over the Saints the following day.
Despite the distraction off the field, the Chiefs won 26-13 over the Saints.
Patrick Mahomes Reportedly Made Moves To Ensure Home is Secure After He And Travis Kelce Was Burglarized
Patrick Mahomes’ Belton, Missouri estate was broken into on October 6, just hours before Travis Kelce’s own burglary at his Leawood, Kansas home.
Travis Kelce reportedly lost around $100,000 in jewelry, including his first-ever Super Bowl jersey.
Mahomes reportedly had a number of valuable items stolen, including jerseys, medals, trophies, and awards.
Following the burglaries, the Chiefs QB reportedly made sure nothing like this would happen again.
Daily Mail claims Mahomes beefed up security while his gated community has also taken extra measures to avoid any more break-ins.
